We do cardio like Orange Theory but our classes are different every day. We offer strength and conditioning like CrossFit but without the intimidation and risk of injury.
This is an individual challenge for those who need to kick start their fitness along with a nutrition plan. This is great for both beginners and those who need to amp it up a bit. 18 workouts and 6-weeks of meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes! After completing the challenge you can keep moving with one of our other membership options.

Most people struggle with nutrition. Iron-Oak Fitness has teemed up with licensed deititians to be able to provide easy-to-follow and customizable meal plans to get you where you want to be faster.
Take the guess work out of it and let us do the rest. You’ll have constant feedback and continually updates in your plan as your body makes changes.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. In addition to great group classes and personal training, we have an in-house nutrtion coach and work with dieticians to offer meals plans specific to your goals and lifestyle. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our experienced coaches.
Look no further than our IOF 360 classes that focus on increasing your strength while keeping your heart rate peaked. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger person both mentally and physically.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
