We also offer a 6-WEEK challenge where members who need to kick start their fitness along with a nutrition plan can attack new goals from any level. The challenge includes 18 workouts and 6-weeks of meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes to get you going on the right track asap! After completing the challenge you can opt in to our Metcon or CrossFit program to keep your results moving forward.
A focus on full-body conditioning without any Olympic lifting movements like you’d see in CrossFit. This is great for shredding some fat and gaining endurance. All movements can be scaled up or down for ability level.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our Metcon and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment as well.
Look no further than our CrossFit and Metcon classes that offer strength training alongside the metabolic conditioning (calorie burning). These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer open gym hours and 24/7 access (CrossFit members only) to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
