Biography
Ross started fitness as a competitive swimmer, deciding to call it quits to enter the world of weightlifting. With the goal of becoming a bodybuilder, he started gaining weight. Unfortunately, the weight gain came as fat — over 100 pounds. Ross had a brain tumor that caused some other crap to go wrong as well. After getting medical issues squared away, a new game plan was needed; how to lose weight. After tons of research, trial and error, and some serious dedication, Ross was able to find out a way to properly diet without losing muscle and see the results he was looking for. From this experience, he decided to share his help with other. He opened Iron-Oak Fitness in 2016, after six years of working as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach.
