WHY Iron-Oak Fitness?

Our classes combine strength and conditioning in specific ways that are probably different than anything else you’ve tried.  Anyone can do these, regardless of where you’re at on your fitness journey.

Each class starts off with a group warm-up, including a bit of stretching, and then we get into a strength training session or straight into the cardio.

On days we have strength training first, the cardio is shorter but higher in intensity.  On days we don’t have a strength piece, you’ll grind out a longer and more mentally challenging cardio session.

We’ve found that this combination gets the results our clients are most desiring and it’s something that can be sustained over time.

NOT READY FOR IN-PERSON FITNESS?

Not a problem!  We got you covered with our “Iron-Oak Anywhere” program.  We have our own platform where you can pick and choose at-home workouts with minimal to no equipment until you’re ready to come into the gym.  Click here to shoot us an email if this is your preference.
