When and how did you get started with Iron-Oak?
I came to Iron Oaks Grand opening free workout last September by word of mouth from a current client Dana Depenti. I was coming off a torn meniscus tear from a running injury and thought this would be a great alternative to stay in shape while getting my strength back.
Favorite workout? Least favorite workout?
I have many favorite workouts at Iron-Oak! I love the assault bike, any chance I get I’ll pick the bike. I’m really enjoying learning new lifts in class but deadlifts are by far my favorite lift. My least favorite lift I’d say would be a snatch because it’s so technical and so many things are involved in the lift, that it takes time and patience to perfect. More like arch nemesis;) man makers and wall walks are on my lists of least favorite too.

What’s your favorite thing about Iron-Oak Fitness?
I love walking into the gym after a tough day, knowing that my tough day will instantly go away because I’ll focus in on me getting the most/best workout, stress reliever that I can get. I also love how many friends I’ve met through iron oak! I look forward to seeing them and working out together.
