Q) How did you end up at Iron-Oak Fitness and what keeps you coming back for more?
A) I’ve been working out with Ross for almost 4 years and followed him from past gyms. I’ve worked out with other trainers in the past and Ross is by far the best! Well worth traveling to workout with him.
Q) What are your favorite and least favorite exercises/workouts?
A) My favorite workouts are lifting. I can see how much stronger I’m getting with the more I can lift. And of course, burpees are evil!
Q) What would you tell others who are interested in learning more about the group or personal training at Iron-Oak?
A) Iron Oak is more interested in you doing something right and your overall fitness goals than just getting a workout in. All my workouts have been personalized and have never done the same thing twice.
Q) Favorite movie?
A) My favorite movie is Goonies.
Q) Favorite cheat food?
A) Favorite cheat food is french fries.
Q) What makes you want to pull your hair out? (Non-fitness related)
A) Lack of sleep makes me what to pull my hair out. I’m a bear to be around then!
